FAQ's
How does the booking work?
Simply book your day, fill out your contact/booking details and check out. We'll contact you before your special day to double-check pickup and drop off times between 10:00am and 18:00pm that suit you and your venue as well as the address.
Once we know what times work for you, we'll bring the equipment and set everything up so your little joys can arrive and enjoy the fun!
What area do Little Joy Events cover?
For now, we cover the Derby, Ashbourne, Burton Upon Trent triangle but that's just while we get things up and running.
If you're not inside this triangle, please still contact us to see if we can be part of your special day.
Is the soft play supervised?
We'll drop off the soft play and then leave you and your guests to supervise the children yourselves.
Don't worry though, we'll check the area is safe for children to play in before we leave and ensure to leave you with some guidance on ensuring everyone plays safely.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before with no charge. Cancellations sooner than 5 days before a booking are not refundable.
